- Ingredients:
Crumble:
3oz strawberry Jello
3.4oz Vanilla instant pudding
1 cup flour (split in half)
1 stick room temp butter (split in half)
Cheesecake:
3 - 8oz pkts Philadelphia cream cheese (@room temp)
1/3 cup heavy cream( @ room temp)
1.5 cups sour cream (@ room temp)
1.5 cups sugar
3 eggs (@ room temp
3 tbs plain flour
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
Other:
Favorite strawberry cake mix (plus it's ingredients)
strawberry glaze (store brand)
Small pkg stawberries
14-16oz vanilla icing
**Bake cheesecake @ 350 F for 1 hour THEN turn off oven and leave it in the oven for another hour. Refrigerate AT LEAST 4 hours.
**Add eggs 1 at a time BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVER MIX
** Cool crumble completely before crumbling

I made for my friend and it was my 1st cheesecake. I think I should have followed the recipe exactly- I didn't measure sour cream (used what I had) or vanilla. It was a little soft but delicious; I did add salt. Thank you so much she loved it!
