Ingredients:
1 - 15.25oz box favorite yellow cake mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
3 eggs (Mix in one at at time. Do not over mix)
8 oz room temp cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 lbs fresh strawberries (diced)
10oz strawberry glaze or pie filling
add a little freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)
16oz heavy whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
*bake @ 350 F 35-40 mins with two 8 inch or 9 inch pans
*45-50 mins for 1 bunt pan

You can stabilize that whipped cream, so it wont melt, by adding a packet of instant pudding mix (in exchange for some of the confectioners sugar)
