    If a lineman jumps in an apartment the whole biulding is going to shake so the leg workout isnt gonna work.

    Thanks just got a scholarship offer for a new school if I can pass the practice I will get into a 5000$ tuition fee payed for every year in a great school but quarantine has kinda screwed me a little bit so I need to get at least a little ready for the practice

    Been doing this workout for 8 weeks now. I thing the counter top had enough. I just broke it. My dads mad now. Guess counter tops aren’t made for 300 lbs😉

    I'm a linemen and do more conditioning so u don't die we have 6-15min sprints and I do them on the weekends

    Ok so I’m 6’0 about 220 lbs and get so tired during conditioning what should I do ?

      The more cardio you do the more your lungs and body get used to it. Start off with less reps and less sets, then every week or 2 add a little more reps in each set, this is building your lungs and body to get used to the conditioning more and more, little by little, trust me I’m a 200+ lbs nose guard and this is working for me perfectly... hope I helped :)

    Can anybody give me recommendations on what weight I should be if I’m tryna be a d linemen? I’m 6ft going into freshman year

      U can use a back pack and use heavy like wet clothes, or anything tht includes 10pds or more. Im not 6ft, im 5'8 going to sophomore year but my freshman year was great using my backpack and adding weight in, keeping in my stands or what would be more fun is going into ur stands and carrying ur backpack using by ur hands but keep ur arm straight and do curls

      In my grade 11 season i was 6'0 225 as a 3 tech d tackle. u should aim for there enought weight to hold ur ground but light enough to explode off the line

      He can’t do push ups partly because I think he’s trying to hard to stay tight however in a push up it’s absolutely ok to allow your body to lie on the floor

      I know im late but do knee pushups, and work to a full pushup, but planks do help to but doesn't work the same as a pushup.

      You can start by doing 1 to 3 pushups ... if not, then do 1-3 push-ups with one knee down until you build enough muscle in your arms,chest, and core to do regular... the more you do the more pushups you can add to each set
