I had all this done professionally on Reg. 73 Bay. Will not begrudge them the money it cost. Great work. Also gives me the confidence to tackle other work. Thank you. Some of the best videos and explanations.
Great videos mate. Like your explanations and you have nice work I don’t have much luck with spot weld where there is none pressure on them. They pull apart (such as long sliding door window seal section).
Hello how are you? I just purchased a 71 kombi and I have to do a repair in the chassis leg , just like yours. Could share the supplier you purchased the chassis leg from? Thank
Regarding the removal of the wheel wells. What's the name of the seat box area that you did not cut out ? ( the boxes that sit either side of the step thru area ) I need to purchase such and replace the wheel wells.
Hi, I think the panels you refer to as far as I am aware are not available, may be wrong but I havn't seen any, you may be able to purchase them second hand as a cut. Regards Jonathon
I am enjoying your front restoration of your vw camper. I see it was originally Orange from various parts of metal you have cut away. When it comes to painting are you considering repainting the whole camper Orange ?
Love the work you are doing and the in depth-video of the process. The only negative comment I would make is the repetative music! i find it at best distracting and at worst, very annoying! I wold rather hear the sounds of the work in progress or maybe a commentry of what you are doing. Another way would be to make the music quieter so that it blends into the background more.
This is such a super helpful set of videos, thanks so much
Really nice work and video!!

Love the work you are doing, very detailed oriented. Please advise where I can find the material to fabricate the chassis legs.

Good video!
How many cm do you have in between to fit the windshield?

Hi, glad you are enjoying it. I will be painting it in the light blue which I dont think is a VW colour but I do have a Glasurit paint code for.
Snowdonia Classic Campers are you painting it yourself? Will it be filmed?
