Ingredients:
3-4 over ripe plantains
1/2 cup all purpose flour
6 tablespoons palm oil
1 teaspoon cloves
3 grains of selim
1 onion
Scotch bonet (to taste)
Bake at 200C for 10 to 15 minutes and reduce it to 170C
