It’s not any particular nationality that the Spanish are complaining about, it’s every person who has bought a second home to use for a few weekends a year artificially inflating property prices out of reach of the local population and leaving a ghost town behind when they go home. It’s happening here in Great Britain in places such as Burnham Market in Norfolk which has pretty much got a war going on between locals and Londoners with second homes.
