A lovely practice. The sequence at the start was fairly intense and targeted my hips in a really great and new to me way. Thank you. The extra bit of darkness here kept the babies asleep and I was able to add a shoulder, plow, fish sequence at the end. I'm hoping to get going on the longer classes more regularly now.
The down dog lunge really gets in. It seems so innocent a shape. Wonderful you snuck a little longer in to practice. Bless the babes when they don’t know it’s morning yet. We parents become very skilled at being quiet huh? I literally can find my way around in the dark too. It’s a skill! Enjoy your week 😊🙏

How have I not done this one before! It hit all of the areas needing different movement starting with crocodile pose. The down dog variation, quad stretch and bridge with arms clasped underneath. I could really breathe into each movement and feel the sticky points and feel gratitude as they melted. ❤🙏🏽✨🥁
