Not much land, but, decent house, electricity, well, green house, fenced garden, sheds, wood sheds plumbing with filters, 2 heat sources, heated pipes, and more. Those improvements cost a lot.

Just a quick question, Where are the deep freezer(s). With a meat hanging buildings they would need storage.
The sellers have already moved and took their deep freezer. It’s easy to buy your own.
