    Egg nog! We were in Walmart the other day and they had none. My son wants a sectional in his room i stead of a bed.😮 Wow! That’s a lot of snowblowers. Even in NY the stores’ inventory wasn’t close to that amount. Mother nature is trying to tell you something. A contractor we know uses those buckets from buying paint and we’ll grab some from him if needed. My wife loves Ryobi so for Christmas I’ll see what new attachments are out there. Did I see 30.00 for a flannel shirt? Pet food isn’t cheap. We have cats. Thanks for taking us. The hurricane hit the Big Bend and Panhandle. We were safe on the east coast. Nice video, for the winter have you considered getting like a 50lb or 100lb bag of flour and a huge bag of pure cane sugar (I know not organic but pure cane is close). That would help because of logistics on getting bulky product to the cabin. You might be able to get white food buckets at bakeries (Walmart, Costco, Sam's or even 3bears) for storage.

    • @Alaskan6pack
      @Alaskan6pack  Месяц назад

      Yes good idea. Do you have any thoughts on the best way to store lots of flour? I honestly just don't know. Any good ideas just let me know.

    • @Alaskan6pack
      @Alaskan6pack  Месяц назад

      Absolutely. This is my personal take on it. Depending on what professional job or industry will depend on your income.
      Most jobs here actually pay pretty well...
      So you make more and you spend more..it's on the same platform I guess.
      The North slope workers make decent money, medical professionals, and actually flaggers and road workers do well too!
      So as long as you watch your pennies, don't overspend or stretch yourself...you will probably be fine...

    I think the stores that actually charge for lids, are just horrible. Back in the day they would have sold them together. Not separate them and charge for each. I know all stores do it now. I guess they are just trying to squeeze that last little bit out of you.

    • @Alaskan6pack
      @Alaskan6pack  24 дня назад

      Yes I agree that things were very different back in the day.
      Packaging, marketing and prices were all so different.
      I wish more items were packaged in glass, but I know the cost is the issue most likely
