I'm team "more tutorials, less hauls/unpacking". Learning how to do my make up makes me feel better, while seeing other people buying a lot of makeup just to show it makes me feel even poorer than I am. I think something you have to take into account is the difference in the skin tones she is incredibly fair which means she’s probably using the same colors but it’s going to show up a lot darker regardless all the looks in both the examples and what she created are amazing

My sweet grandma had a botched wax job long ago, and most of her brow hair never grew back...and she spends more time on her brows than any other thing she ever did. She messes up, or at least think she does, and will keep re-doing, re-doing. So i think she probably struggles with her brows, and doesn't feel like she could actually "teach" us, because she's still trying to perfect it, herself. That's just my personal guess though...based upon my grandma's issues I've watcher her deal with since childhood. Maybe Nikkie will get more comfortable with it soon :-)

Its not bc she isnt tan its bc she didn't really do soft beat bc its more natural like browns and tan colors on her eye without the shape she made with the eyeshadow and not really any glitter since its a natural look and for the lips you wear a dark or light brown lipliner with brown milky sort of lip gloss or just any matching lip liner and lipstick like from the 90s style so her makeup is bomb it just was a miss for the soft beat I love Nikki but this was like a normal face look instead of natural just a bit of constructive criticism and no hate

@@HolliFullbright It's a self confidence issue, for sure. My sweet grandma had a botched wax job long ago, and most of her brow hair never grew back...and she spends more time on her brows than any other thing she ever did. She messes up, or at least think she does, and will keep re-doing, re-doing. So i think she probably struggles with her brows, and doesn't feel like she could actually "teach" us, because she's still trying to perfect it, herself. That's just my personal guess though...based upon my grandma's issues I've watcher her deal with since childhood. Maybe Nikkie will get more comfortable with it soon :-)
Holli Golightly Yeah me neither.. it’s a normal part of makeup and it should be included, especially in a “in depth tutorial”. This trend where all beauty gurus do their eyebrows off camera should stop. Nobody knows why they do it, they just follow other people

Personally I'm so thankful for this video, no one ever does these type of videos anymore because they assume everyone doesn't need to see them BC most people know the basics and want more in depth tutorials but every once in a while it's really helpful to have a refresher and up to date basic tutorial. I just shave the tail off my brows, by brows aren’t SUPER low, but still fairly low. I find just the tail is enough to give me more space 😁

Its not bc she isnt tan its bc she didn't really do soft beat bc its more natural like browns and tan colors on her eye without the shape she made with the eyeshadow and not really any glitter since its a natural look and for the lips you wear a dark or light brown lipliner with brown milky sort of lip gloss or just any matching lip liner and lipstick like from the 90s style so her makeup is bomb it just was a miss for the soft beat I love Nikki but this was like a normal face look instead of natural just a bit of constructive criticism and no hate

@@kathrynneshaffer6254 but Nikki mainly does drag makeup so that's the shapes she goes with she doesnt really blend it to look like a very light natural look for everyday wear like how its supposed to be sure 20 mins is short but she did her brows and I know her brows aren't full like mine but the brows are mainly fill amd fluff them out a bit all I'm saying is that it needs to be a bit more everyday and natural like how a pro business women would show up to work not really having much time for makeup or just everyday wear nothing too fancy and mainly the lashes were a problem bc they were very dramatic and not really soft beat.
