Love the spreading of the material! Ground looks great!

Nice work and use of geo tech also smart. Overall, it saves the homeowner a lot of future headaches and money setting it on a pad of roadbase with the fabric. Concrete piers are considered a ‘foundation’ but this is far less cost and more effective. Water leaks/breaks/repairs will be much easier for future, ie. not laying in mud. House also will stay in level for many years. Very wise choice for a mobile home site.

I'm thinking about using a woven geotextile for my driveway and mobile home, but will there be any issues with the tie down anchors getting caught up in the fabric? I guess if the Pad is packed good, the augers would pas through it OK?

The only thing I see wrong here is learn to create a dome effect for future early water leak detections. It'll save the customer money in the long run and it's absolutely free to do if operator knows what he's doing. I do that extra for all my customers. It's what sets you apart.

My Ram 3500 will pull that trailer and skid steer legit, but I'd get popped in the first 10 miles chaining it down like that. Is that legit in TX?

    No compacting?

Don't need it. The skid-steer has ran over it 100 times over by now. But if you want to pay the extra for what has already been done. Then go for it.
