@@steffenfriedle3254 This kid’s version is fantastic and you are being silly. I’d love to hear your version. Steve gadd and dennis chambers would play it slightly different than porcaro did too. It’s just different. One of the all time great grooves/songs/players, and these guys did it justice.
BTW: I didn't notice it the first time I watched the video but the lead guitarist is playing a Fender Jazzmaster and not a Gibson Les Paul like Steve Lukather did on the original song. You almost can't hear the difference which says a lot for him. 👏👏👏
Absolutely! Might be the most famous groove in pop music history - and the most difficult to play while staying in the pocket at tempo. The drummer nailed it!
I was a pretty good drummer back in the 80's (high school & college) and I couldn't match Porcaro. Looking back I think he's probably one of the most underrated drummers there ever was.

It is so good to see kids of today playing REAL music with REAL instruments. Just goes to show that the BEST music will never die. These kids are incredibly gifted and know a good thing when they sing it. Bravo!
It warms my heart to see young musicians playing REAL instruments and embracing this era of music - perhaps one the best ever. Well done all of you and thank you for keeping this art alive
I led a Chicago tribute when I was in my early 30s. This is some of the most shit hot musicianship I've ever heard. You all have bright futures ahead of you.
Geez, you guys…I’m 58…I grew up with this music. It really pulls at my heart strings to hear you cover this music with such passion and nail on perfection. Please…keep the torch held high, stick together and keep making the world a better place with your incredible gifts and talents.

I agree with you you got to see the young fans that Billy Joel has gotten right now take a look at Billy Joel and what he's doing right now it's amazing with the young kids are doing with him
Yeah that's a sound that just can't be duplicated electronically. You think your're close to getting it right, then you A/B the two and you realize just how far away your copy is.
This band has got its groove on! They're a pleasure to listen too, and I can't say enough about their feel for a wide range of styles. All very tasty. A great rhythm section with a driving drummer. He can lay down a back beat, or push it into excitement. Always in the groove. There's talent everywhere in this band. The instrumentalists hear it all and play it all, like 20 year session pros. Guitars and keys right there with it. The vocals are fresh but hit every nuance of the original. I've spent an enjoyable Sunday morning sampling this channel. You've made this old man feel young again.
I thought the entire song was beautifully done both vocally and instrumentally, but three things were particularly enjoyable to my ear. First was the bass voice in the chorus, then the way the lead guitar punched it out at the end, and finally the sound of that Leslie tone cabinet. I've heard this song done by innumerable groups and your rendition was second to none.
You guys kick ass! I turned 69 in July and have loved this music and the musicians that created it. I am delighted to see such talented young musicians keeping it alive. You made my day. Subscribed!
All these young people are superb musicians and getting better as they mature. Most of these songs are difficult. Played beautifully. These are the people that will create the real music of tomorrow.
I'm gonna start by sayin, lma 60 year OLD truck driver from Mississippi and listen to outlaw country and the blues. These talented younguns have just made me listen to (and appreciate)what I have always called "elevator music"! So young and so talented, makes me believe that the music of the past will be carried on at least one more generation. Use your youth wisely, and enjoy life, it passes by faster than you can imagine. God bless yall from an ol country boy, stay safe 🙏
The band has gone from incredible to off the charts. Colman and Sydney's voices have gotten even stronger. The whole band are now as good as any professional studio musicians which is amazing. Don't forget that Toto were top session musicians when they started. The production quality/video and sound/mixing is as good as any professional studio. I am amazed at the sound mix too. Great horn section as usual including Tristan. Jonas, Sean, Luke and Sebastian make pro playing look easy. I would love to see them live.
I must haver listened to this over a hundred times. The drummer, wow, the mix, incredible, the singing. Thank you all so much for doing this. I like this version with you guys better than toto. Just awesome and so real.
I was a music major in college at the time Toto released their version of this song, so I was prepared to hate this video. I absolutely did not. I was captivated start to finish. Nice job!
I saw Toto live play this song and when I closed my eyes I was there again. Absolutely amazing you guys are really really good. I would pay to see you guys play.

That drummer NAILS the Pocaro Rosanna Shuffle. Probably one of the best performances of the groove I’ve seen to date. As for the rest - these kids are pros. Tipping my hat to them all.
You guys and gal are still awesome! Soooooo good! And I could tell the Bari Sax player was Colman's brother instantly. I'm sure he'll be a major talent just like his brother. Keep it up, Low Darts!
