Thanks for this video! I’m returning a small parcel tomorrow to InPost Locker for the first time and wanted to watch a tutorial on how to use it. I will have anxiety standing there not knowing what to expect so wanted to prepare myself lol.
I hate that feeling however you can do anything you put your mind to it all depends how much it means to you in order for you to successfully achieve your goals that's why it's very important to never give up regardless the challenge or regardless how much you feel like you're wasting your time at that moment remember a quitter never wins and a winner never quits
It will always open a small one first to stop idiots from using a medium or large for a small item, so that people who actually need the larger space can use them unless they are full.
Thank's guy's. Was worried if I couldn't send it. Love the inpost format, where you don't have to que up in a shop just to send a parcel. Where you can just dispatch in a locker in under 17 seconds. Enjoyed the video you seem like lovely people happy to subscribe.
I’ve only discovered these lockers this last week and I’m enjoying it so much that I’m opting to send with impost over other couriers even though they are more expensive because I find it fun like you said I feel like I’m in a game show. I ran down there today in the pouring rain with 5 parcels and got soaked just to play the game! 😂😂😂
I have been using the inpost boxes for the past 2 days since the offer! They’re great fun and less human interaction which I love lol! Hopefully they will all arrive safely which will make the experience all the better 🤞🏻☺️
Thank heavens you made this video. I have only been subbed to your channel for a short time, and have picked up many tips n tricks from your channel. I'm relatively new when it comes to eBaying and have been going for 14 months, and enjoy it very much. I have only ever used Royal Mail, so I've been stressing out, worrying about how I'd be able to get my customers' purchases to them without having to wait for god knows how long before they were delivered. Royal Mail is taking Industrial Action again over the next week or so, and I can do without the stress over the festive season. I just want to eat, drink, and be merry! Very merry lol. Now I know how to use these lockers I feel a great weight leaving my shoulders, I'm 57 and a bit of a technophobe, so thank you very much. Have a wonderful Christmas. ;)
I've just used this cheap shipping option through ebay and I took my parcels to my normal hermes local drop off shop as usual, they scanned them as normal and gave me my usual blue receipt, thought I'd try it instead of travelling 5 miles to the nearest lockers, so until further notice I'll be doing it this way, even after the offer is finished on the 8th Nov the prices are cheaper and the dimensions are bigger so unless they cotton on and changed it, somehow, I'll be using it like this 👍
I do the same I drop it at the Hermes shop with the inpost labels the lockers are on the same street as the shop but do not always get a pickup on the sameday but the shops do. The guy in the shop just gives me the scanner and lets me scan all my parcels in :)
Thank you so much for this video. I have been a complete whoose and choosing Royal Mail and Evri for my parcels as I could not fathom how inpost works. Am very lucky that there are lockers a 5 minute walk from me - and now I know how to use them, thanks to you x
its a brilliant system sent 1000's of parcels through it, only ever had one mess up by closing the door and forgetting to put the parcel in....phoned the number on the screen to the help line, answered in seconds and opened the door for me...great service beats the post office anytime
I don't know how it is in other countries, but in Poland you can send parcels from cupboard to cupboard. You don't have to print a label either. You can send a parcel without any markings.
I'm in the UK and have just been sent an order that has no markings, pre paid for a lockbox, I am really worried as how it will arrive safely, but it states I don't need to put a label on.
Hi Nic, Thank you for the tutorial, we have had one installed at Tesco and to be very Honest I was actually wondering how they worked before your tutorial, very Grateful to you for this tutorial so, once again Thank you
One of these units has popped up 50 yards from my home so glad I found your video, you'd think though that you could scan multiple items and use one locker if it fits, if these get popular it would make sense, thank you
Thank you for the video of how to send a Hermes parcel via Parcel Locker. I had never used one of these or even knew they existed until today. I had to do a search online as the Hermes machine was not working at my usual Drop Off Shop. I did phone up In Post first to see where it was situated at my local Tesco store and he told me exactly where it was. I've just been now to drop my parcel off and it was so easy to do. Thank you.
It's so sad but I enjoy the excitement of which door is going to open as well. 🤪 Inpost isn't my first or second choice but I haven't had any issues when I do use them.
Thank you for this video guys, I am now confident of approaching these selfservice lockers given that there is one right next to my house across the street. I am an eBay seller and use Royal Mail but the RM Industrial Strike Action by union has caused a lot of delays and missing orders for my customers. Lastly I am not keen on RM Customer Dept refunding my costs with 1st class stamps when my claims successful.
Thanks for a great video. After speaking to my regular postie, who's been excellent, friendly and reliable for many years, and finding out he's being made redundant in 2023 as part of Royal Mails restructure, as a protest I'd like to change to Evri, who seem to be the closest in price, and the drop off system appears to be easy and secure.
Can you imagine if it is broke and you have to run to the the post . I you had fifty parcels it might get to be a pain, but you will see when you have a lot more to do. Fun to watch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️💙💜❤️🤗🥰
I’ve been using InPost for a few years now. Can’t fault the system. Only gripe is when you get to one of the lockers and it’s full. Back in the car we go and off to the next nearest locker, lol.
Used this to send 20 parcels. They have not been collected for 5 days and my customers are not happy on eBay… won’t be using inpost ever again despite the offer.
Can you check if the lockers near you have space available? Would be rather annoying to turn up and find nowhere to put your parcel and no other location nearby
It was quick and easy to drop something off. It looks like the tracking on ebay is not working. I had to goto the inpost site and search with the number to find out the status of one I posted the other day. If people really start hammering this, then those lockers will fill up fast
I use to use them but stopped because Hermes kept forgetting to collect my parcels and sometimes the barcodes would not scan no matter how much i tried
Never heard of in post until I sold an item on Vinted. Anyway, after a bit of running around , finally found the lockers. Was a bit worried that the parcels didn’t require labels.😮 . But everything went fine. Ours are located outside the local Tesco store they are blue.5 mins away!
Here in the US some of our bigger post offices have drop off bins for after hours. My little town however does not. But I have a wonderful postman who picks up all of my packages at my door step. All I do is either leave him a note in the mailbox or schedule on line.
Would be more sensibly efficient for the company if same person sending all these like this video that they just allowed you to store more than 1 box/parcel in a compartment. @@MalcombMedia1 never got them back and the buyers received. However the refund has already been processed for the eBay item, so I lost it. Thanks for the demonstration guys. One question; if the buyer paid for a small locker and it doesn’t fit then who pays the difference when you choose a medium locker?
I've used this and like it. But you should have scanned the QR code after storing every parcel. As it is like a receipt and you can then track the parcels. You would for instance have known what time they collected your parcels and when and what time they delivered them. Unfortunately for me my lockers may be going soon as they were used to break into the house above the shop where the lockers are located. ☹ And they are only a few hundred yards from where I live.

I have to use one of these to ship something and had so much anxiety just thinking figuring it out, thank you so much for this!

same omg, I started selling on Vinted and someone bought one of my items but I needed to go to Morrisons to a locker. It was so stressful!!

You can also scan the QR code on the screen for a proof of postage email once you've stored your parcel
