Just wanna say that I always buy my parts from your company. It’s been years and years. The longest shipping has ever taken is 2 days. That’s the longest.
I was replacing my pump today and accidentally went on the other “clinics” site. Nothing against them, but I spent a good 20 minutes trying to reassemble the motor. Just wouldn’t line up. Finally I switched to this video and it was clear as day. Done in 5 minutes.
Thanks for the effort in making these vids and for the great price and service. Customer for life.

This is an excellent video. I think it would have been even better if it was explained that the glass blocking the impeller might cause an issue with spraying, but I fully understand. In my situation, the Impeller broke loose from the pump. It is attached via several small pegs in the impeller that mate to holes in the pump. I fixed it by using some good epoxy, carefully gluing it back to the pump. If I were not such a cheap skate, I might have bought the kit, but what can I say, I am a overly frugal. My wife was hoping for a new dish washer, but no we continue with our 15 year old Bosch dish washer, ha.

Very nice video. It can be better if you can explain what is the problem, and what symptom cause you to replace the part.

Hey Jim - I believe I have this same problem with the impeller. Can you explain a little more how you used epoxy to re-attach the impeller to the pump? And more importantly - has your repair held up today?

Thanks for the very good video. The parts and wiring on my SHV46C03UC-14 are very similar, but not identical. A suggestion for others is to use a felt pen to make an alignment mark on the sump housing and bottom of the dishwasher pan before pulling the sump housing/pump assembly. The video explains to line-up the mold part-line to 12:00 during assembly, but if it is not perfect then the spray arm support may not fit properly during the final reassembly steps. Disappointing to almost finish reassembly only to find out you have to go back several steps to rotate the sump housing. My dishwasher's problem, like some others below, was due to the two halves of the impeller assembly separating. My repair, was to glue them together using thin CA glue, then use a red hot nail to melt the green stubs, recreating their mushroom caps, and finished off with epoxy around and over the new mushroom caps. I'm just finishing my first post-repair wash cycle now - so far, so good. Although most online suppliers are out of stock, I found and ordered a repair kit for when my redneck fix fails. Thanks again for this high quality video.

try doing repair in a kitchen with wooden floor and an island behind you, not in wide open area with a rubber floor. hopefully dishwasher was installed properly also and without a copper water line. way too much work for a circulation motor replacement, motor should be sold as a assembly and still repair would be a pain in the butt

You are right, it is a long process before you reach the real problem, when it should be a very simple fix, they make that way to make our life harder!!!!! But thanks for the video

Thanks for this great video! This saved me hundreds of dollars and took less time than I thought.
To the comment about space needed, the space I did this in was so tight that when I laid the unit down the top of it had to go in its hole under the counter, but it was no problem because all the work is done at one end. The copper line sounds like a real b*tch but the wood floors were no trouble with a few beach towels. As for "motor should be sold as an assembly" I'm really glad it isn't! My motor was fine. Also once you pull the motor it is literally two minutes to replace the impeller, it wouldn't have even saved time.
Thanks again! For those looking to diy this, I did occasionally look at ruclips.net/video/id6Y5ZPPFhE/видео.html which did things a little differently. This one (the video you're on) is much more thorough so I went with it for almost everything.

I tore my 4 year old Bosch appart sure it was the impeller because I had very little flow. Suprisingly I found it intact even though I had low flow. It does not spray like it use to, middle rack does not come clean. Detergent pod half intact after wash. Ideas?

Just wondering if you ever got a resolution to this. We have exactly the same symptoms, and would certainly rather not take the entire machine apart only to find a perfectly functioning circ pump. Did you resolve your issue?

My 2 year old bosch MODEL SHEM63W55N dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes. It start giving me trouble from last couple months. It has three racks the top rack is small and we don't load much stuff in it.The middle rack dishes are always half uncleaned but bottom rack is little better than middle one. I checked both arms and filters they are perfectly clean. Machine is making steam and draining water properly. some time i found half used detergent pouch dropped in the middle rack pull pocket. I tried to operate on heavy cycle (2.45 hrs) but nothing help. Even the light load on heave setting doesn't clean.
Do you think the water pressure is not enough for middle arm or impeller problem ? Is this impeller is very common problem in these bosh machines?

Did you resolve your issue? Same. I paid $900 for my Bosch 5 years ago and it is doing the same thing as you discribed.
