- Moving incense cedar logs around and milling them into on my Woodmizer LT15 Sawmill. Cutting them into 2x6 deck boards. Moving them with my Massey Ferguson, MF 30 MF34 tractor. It has log forks and a Farmi 501 winch set up for solo logging.
Hey, thanks for the sunset. What a backdrop to make day’s end memorable!
Beautiful place to work, you're a lucky man, as entertaining as always.
Thanks Anthony.
Awesome camera angles on all the cutting and a nice PNW sunset to boot!
Thanks Jack. It was too good of a sunset to not get on video.
Awesome sunset. Thanks much
Really enjoy your videos. Always entertaining and educational. The scenery also reminds me of the part of southern Oregon I lived in as a kid, all those scrub oak trees.
Thanks Stephen. I plan on doing the video one of these days working with those oaks. Helping them to become real oak trees instead of scrubby.
Beautiful mountain top view of nice sunny days. Ain’t it fun when you have a plan on what you are going to mill and once you cut into it, there goes that plan 😂 like they say.. take nothing for granted , everything is etched in sand . When the wind blows everything changes. But I always say, when the sawdust starts flying and then comes to an end. Plans can change.
Great looking lumber.
Well said. when working with logs and trees, you have to be adaptable. Running a mill would probably be very frustrating to someone who wasn’t prepared to adapt. Thanks for the comment.
Looks like you had fun making the video today.
That I did. Thank you for watching it.
Nice view/sunset! Oh, and the cedar looked good too!
Yeah, the cedar looked good, but the sunset stole the show.
