Toll Brothers doesn't play when it comes to interior designers. The home is so warm. I love their paint color choices. Floor plan is wonderful and homey.

Beautiful layout and workmanship! I’m a Malaysian and the only thing matters to me is the open concept between the family area and kitchen. As an Asian, our cooking is massive/oily so we need a wet kitchen hidden away at the rear badly. Kudos to you❤️👍

Beautiful exterior and love the private courtyard. What a grand entrance w/ 2-story foyer 👏🏿!! Great Oversized island and the more than generous cabinets in the kitchen is overwhelming!! And glass paned cabinets in the dining room 👍🏿!! Nice LR!! And speaking of generous cabinets - look in utility room 😱wow again!! Primary BdR..😔 moment of silence please.. lol!! YES!! Toll Brothers has a history of shoddy workmanship. They started in PA, Bucks County Area, and their homes and townhouses were code minimum and there were constant recalls. Caulk is Toll Brothers best friend. To be honest and fair to the other larger home builders, they are all alike, profit driven, and only fair workmanship. But for most it is good enough. I have been doing custom homes for 40 years as an architect. I know good workmanship when i see it. Hopefully TB has improved. Did I see cracks in the wall by the fireplace??? And the paint on the walls is spray painted, not rolled and is as thin as possible. Look at repainting and fixing nail pops for ever.
Good is under statement. I need, want, a one story. Lots and lots and lots going for this model. Color trim and walls. It is not white on white on white on white. Has body and substance.
