    Mandy, thank you for your information and inspiration. I was laid off in October and I didn’t find your channel until December. My shop went up at the end of December and I’ve been feverishly watching as much RUclips for insight and information as I can. I hope to one day join you in the $100k+ club. Good for you for taking control of your life and going after what something you are passionate about! Wishing you all the best in 2024!

    I just found you last night, and binge-watched as many videos as I could before falling asleep. haha I love the level of granular detail you include in your videos. You earned your sub. Great content!
    My wife and I are struggling to come up with an overall theme for our store; the high-level. We are pretty creative with connecting topics, but trying to come up with the overarching theme has proven to be more challenging than it should be.
    We'll get there but we're open to any videos of yours you can suggest that might help us. I watched one of yours that went through sub-niches and micro-niches. Very helpful. Choosing that high-level theme though....huuu
    Another question. How do you decide when it is better to add a 2nd, 3rd store? I don't want to dilute our efforts, so I want to make sure we laser focus on the 1st store, but how do you know when it is time to create subsequent stores?

    To ALL THE PHRASE MOST LIKELY TO IS TRADEMARKED. Be careful 😊
    Never mind, it seems like we can use it 😅

    • @studiomdesignsco
      @studiomdesignsco  7 месяцев назад +1

      Actually it’s not considered an active trademark. The application is showing as pending and currently has a suspension notice, which means it is not an approved trademark and can be used 😊

    • @almagjim
      @almagjim 7 месяцев назад

      @@studiomdesignsco my understanding was that even if is in process it was best not to use it lol so if it has a suspension on it we can use? Does that mean that it might not get approved? Thanks Mandy ☺️

    • @studiomdesignsco
      @studiomdesignsco  7 месяцев назад

      @almagjim It can vary, but this one is clearly showing as pending/suspended. Trademark applications get rejected and abandoned all the time. There’s no way to predict it, but until it’s completely live and active it’s fair use 😊

      I currently run a 6 figure handmade business full-time and my POD business on the side is also 6 figures 😊

      Yes! See if this one works (they change it up every once in awhile, so thanks for the heads up on it!).

      On a side note I Iove the card, particularly for POD - I use their cashback reward option and I’ve literally gotten thousands back 🤓

    What is "back link" a design? You mentioned in your video regarding similar items in my shop.

    • @studiomdesignsco
      @studiomdesignsco  7 месяцев назад

      It refers to placing a link for one of your listings into another listing (to encourage customers to visit a related item that they might not otherwise see). For example: “if you like this shirt, check out the matching mug __[link]__” 😊

      I already do that in some. I didn't know the phrase.
      PS I love your tutorials, they are helping me up my designs, master the quick multi page mockup and video downloads, learned how to put a design in a frame, etc. I'm getting better at design which will help my pod shop, someday, lol.

      Canva templates can be a little temperamental at times - log in to your Canva account in your default browser first (not the app) and then try the links again. If that doesn’t work feel free to email me at mandy@studiomdesignsco.com and I’ll troubleshoot it with you 😊

    Is it normal for sales to just STOP overnight? Does Etsy algorithm change or cycle? For months I've had $300-$500+ days. I felt like I was finally "making it" in this space. Week before last, amazing sales--best ever. Then, last Wednesday it just stopped. Sales are next to nothing--I'm lucky to sell $40 a day. Views are normal but barely favorites or sales. No trademark issues, etc/deactivated listings, etc. I always do day-long daily sales so didn't change any of that. Good reviews coming in for past orders. SO CONFUSED. I also have a broad range of successful niches and they all stopped (so it's not like it was just wedding and maybe wedding season slowed or competition increased overnight in one niche--it's many different niches--all my good sellers just stopped selling).

    • @studiomdesignsco
      @studiomdesignsco  7 месяцев назад +1

      That can happen (particularly this time of year), sales fluctuate all the time throughout the year. They’ll likely be back! Focus on what you can control, like continuing to research and produce solid listings. It sounds like you’re on the right track 😊

    • @AN-ge2wm

      @@studiomdesignscothanks so much for your reply, Mandy. I really appreciate it. It’s hard to feel good when sales just stop. I get so anxious like it’s all going to end for good. Praying that it picks up again for me. I’m still hustling and creating new listings ❤
