Let's not forget that the Cavs were no scrubs. They went 12-1, GS went 12-0 going into the Finals. If Love didn't disappear, and if they had a stronger bench, it would have been a competitive series. Cavs are going to reload and it'll be round four next year.

Both of them went ring chasing because that's the only way you'll be remembered as one fo the greats, and that's by winning rings. Both of them have the skills of a championship player. And you only win rings by playing on a great team. That's why LeBron left Cleveland and KD went to GSW. Because we all know that KD would've lost if he got to the finals last year in OKC just like LeBron lost to the spurs in the finals when he was in Cleveland. Both of them would never win a ring as long as they were on those teams. But if you're gonna say that OKC was better than the 07 Cleveland team, then I'll say that's true. But if we're being truly real here, OKC wouldn't be enough to win a championship against Cleveland. So KD did the same thing as LeBron but he just took it a couple steps further by joining an already stacked team rather than bringing pieces extra players in overtime like LeBron does

Kevin Durant is savage for going to the Warriors. Instead of being a diva and hand picking teammates and coaches to create unfair teams(not once but twice) all he did was sign to an already good team and made them unfair. Lebron created no competition doing what he did and KD wasn't going to let the King have his way anymore. Durant deserved his ring and if taking the easy way out means beating Lebron ,who is arguably the greatest player of all time, then it's not really an easy way out.

I think the people are confused with this concept. We know KD will always ball out wherever he go. Him balling out in the finals was expected. He's arguably (I still think it's Lebron) the best player in the NBA right now. It still doesn't change the fact that he KNEW it was a guaranteed ring. The warriors won without him and last year fell short because Draymond got suspended. So basically KD being added to the team wasn't a necessity to the warriors. It was more of a necessity to KD because he couldn't win without them. Congrats though to Steph, Draymond, and especially Klay deserved their rings!
