I’m back to re-listen to Jill’s response to “How do I sit in God”s presence and ‘Be Still’ with Him? I REALLY didn’t get the whole ‘Dew’ reply and therefore can’t see the answer! So I came back to write down her 3 points and hopefully I’ll ‘get it’!
Nope. I still didn’t truly understand it! Especially point 3 - Cooler Climate. Wait and Be Still, I understand to mean to just sit down motionless. Is that right? And just sit. I’m assuming that she meant that God will come and commune with me, but how do I still my wandering thoughts? What am I supposed to think about whilst I’m waiting?
I guess that my supplemental questions would be:
1. What do I do whilst I’m waiting?
2. How do I still my mind?
I totally agree with Jason - it’s great to have this on RUclips to rewind and pause. (I guess I need to look up ‘Dew’)?
