But the problem with changing of time zone is it will affect our banking and online services.. we use IST in whole nation and the transactions made by servers follow that thing too so if we imply 2 timezones we will have to change our softwares and server settings which will result in data loss or many types 🤦🤦

if all other countries are following this thing for better change why can't we? such good changes can have better future for upcoming generation. in fact arunachal pradesh has told to give them new timezone but it wasn't applied. don't know why!
I don't think this is a wise solution. I lived in the East as well as in the West. Sleep time is subjective. In the East, sunset is by 6p.m. and we sleep by 10-11. Wakeup by 6-7. In West also people sleep by 11-12 and wake up at 7-8. There's no big deal. After school, in east we have less time of sunlight to play than west. Here in west post office, it's still a day which makes me feel good that abhi raat hona baaki h... I think east is more affected than west
That's the problem. Eveyone do the exact thing at the time cuz the office and all starts and work at the same time. But being from northeast while going school at 8 am, it's already too sunny ( for I don't like the heat) and after school like after 3 pm we only get like 2 hours to go outside or play cuz the sunset at 5pm
But why are you assuming that it is mandatory for north east to follow same time. There is no central authority on schools and private companies. And even in government a simple rule to join at 7 am and close at 3pm would work. No need to change anything in the system. On the other hand, having different time zones means entire digital system will have to be changed. Which is far problematic task then this.

Then how is america able to manage that....?? We can apply that system here also......

Sleeping time is subjective. Have good sleep, but never ever crib over having less than 8 hours sleep. This will be similar to anorexia.
