A tall green plant in the corner would look so good! Love the FP in the dining room... the wreath though gives a Christmas vibe I think so a mirror would be better also LOVE THE TABLE ❤️
I preferred look 1, the 2 side chairs and the shutters. It looked just RICH. As far as look 2, I don’t care for the wreath, a pretty mirror would be better above the fireplace. Great video and ultimately both options turned out beautiful!
That is a beautiful table/dining room. When you have one big room like us, you changed the look of the whole area, not just one room! The circular shape softens the overall look! It looks fabulous!

I love round tables. We never had one until we moved into a smaller home and it just fits better. We bought one from a friend and refinished it ourselves and it turned out beautifully. Look number 2 is my favorite in your home. I think it’s just enough to make it cozy. I love it, it’s beautiful.

Yes! Neutral decor is easy to change out and switch around.
Love the new table and it looks so cozy with the fireplace in there. You mentioned maybe putting a mirror over the fireplace. Have you thought of swapping the mirror you have to the side of the fireplace with the wreath? I think that mirror would look really pretty over the fireplace.

Love it!! I think the mirrors would look really good above the fireplace, with the shutters on each side of it. It would be that farmhouse/glam you're going for. And the mirrors would reflect the dining room and kitchen lights, making the space look brighter.

Look 1 is a great option when you need a change but the fireplace looks amazing and you can decorate it for every holiday. Love your style and your dining table is just beautiful.

I love this new space you and Chase have created. I agree that you need a big mirror above the fireplace, a round one would tie in with the table and a rectangular one would tie in with the fireplace. I think either one would work. It will also make the space look even more open with the reflection. Hugs and prayers from Virginia.

I love view #2 with fireplace. Do something gold or crystal on the table and put the plant back on the coffee table in the living room. No chairs if they can not be used at the table that one came from a decorator I used many years ago . Love your new make over. Stay safe and see you the next time.

Perfect fit. Y'all should move the dresser to your bedroom in place of the fireplace and buy a media cabinet for under the TV in family room. Your mantel will be fun to decorate during holidays. Your table is GORGEOUS!!! Looking forward to these outdoor projects. Love this channel.

LOVE the table and option 2 is beautiful. If you ever get the itch to switch I would try putting the plant on a stand in the right corner, the wreath on the table as a low centerpiece with a pretty glass candle globe in the center, and I would move the gold circles from the computer wall over the fireplace or get one of those arched window pane mirrors.
