Hey guys, I'm so happy I finally got to share our patio transformation with my online fam! I tried to show prices for everything so you will know the cost if you are inspired to do something similar. I also linked almost everything in the description box, but let me know if you don't see something. Have a great day!
Suggestion: Maybe consider adding another pot to the post in the middle where the gutter comes down. Since the kind you bought are plastic you can basically cut it completely on one side and pull it back enough to slide it around the post then you could add more flowers and the post will keep it from blowing a way so you won’t need to do the concrete.......it’s all very beautiful. I love it! 😊

This is stunning❣ You mentioned wanting to put flowers to the right of the grill, you should consider a raised planter box and plant herbs or a small garden. 🌱🍅🌶

Absolutely beautiful! Just for future reference to save time and your husbands back there is an attachment for the power washer to do flat areas. It is circular and allows you to do a bigger area. It was a games changer for us. The one we have is called the EZ Clean.

Awesome job!! You gave me the perfect solution for our patio problem. I didn't think of doing a scalped edge for the added concrete patio. We added a pergola last year and a firepit this year. With adding more patio it would give it more room and less of a cluttered look and feel.

I live in Vegas, and the hotels always sell their chairs. I got 6 of those brand new for 60 dollars and painted black for my backyard. I love love this Ashley and Chase, also Savannah did such a great job. I love this family so much, excellent job, guys. Savannah is so big and beautiful as her parents. Looks nice! My husband and I set posts in concrete in pots for our outdoor area a few years ago. You are right, it really is quick and easy. It makes a big impact.

Looks great, Ashley!! I'm sure you all are really enjoying it!! We love doing this sort of thing. Tell Chase to check out a "pop up drain" to add to his drain he just put in. We just changed all of ours to these and love them. Another suggestion because I know you're like me lol!! Your cord coming down from your speaker .... you can get a white cord cover at lowes :)

We just put new umbrellas in pots using Quikcrete yesterday. Thanks for the tip on drilling the holes at top of concrete. Great idea. Now I can plant❤️. Your patio is beautiful and will bring lots of great memories for the future.

Awesome project! Increasing the patio size really makes a difference. The porch turned out beautifully! Great idea to move the table outdoors. I love the fire pit. I've been thinking about purchasing one for my deck.
The design of the patio expansion looks wonderful. It softens the contrast of patio to grass instead of the patio being a straight edge/rectangle. Great idea to put the 4X4 posts in planters with flowers. Have you ever thought of black shutters on the windows, black trim around the windows, or the door painted black? It would give a pop of color in the all white background.
There is only one window shutters would fit and I feel like that would look awkward. Lol

Ashley I love your style. For the longest time I felt that I needed color in my home. But seeing your beautiful home, I just did a major transformation with affordable items from An online source. I replaced my couch, coffee table, rug and tv stand. All in gray. I make gray and white buffalo check drapes. I changed to knobs on my kitchen doors to rose gold and glass spray painted the upper cabinet handles rose gold. I couldn’t buy a new kitchen counter so I covered it with peel and stitch marble looking vinyl. I love it. Thank you for the inspiration

Patios are a great investment. Adding some shrubs and plants in the small area behind wear theres no concrete would look solid. The over all look is💯better.Great job to you all.

I love it ! It looks amazing! All the DIY’s are easy and make so much impact! An easy and inexpensive idea for the concrete is to stencil it! There is a sealant u put over it so it doesn’t chip or peel. It would look awesome! Anyway love all of it thanks for sharing !

The flower pot idea for the post base was really cool! If you find that you’re overwatering the drainage might not be adequate. If so just take the dirt out and put some pea gravel down on top of the concrete, and drill a few more holes, than replant. I saw this on a backyard makeover on Lowes’ channel. I’m jealous of your yard size lol 😝

I love it! When I was wanting crystal knobs for my cabinet I remembered that you had them in your amazon store. When I was searching last week to purchase those knobs, I seen that you linked those outdoor chairs and couldn’t wait to see how they would look on the patio! My husband watched with me tonight and when he saw Chase putting the chairs together he said "Tell him to take an Allen key, cut off the end and use it in the drill! Poor Guy" LOL He had the idea when I would have the itch to switch bedrooms and the metal bed had those screws and one day he was so irritated he cut it off and put it in a drill. So much quicker! Love the patio, So peaceful and relaxing.
