I've heard different opinions about what size air compressor would be good for air tools. I think you showed the double hot dog Rigid. What kind of an air compressor works with these tools? How do the different gallon sizes affect the experience of using the tool?

Cfm is a better stat to base on whether you’ll be able to run certain air tools. Capacity can just give you an idea of how long you can go without the compressor turning on. I have the rigid hotdog one, and it has enough cfm to run something like a tornador or the rag company’s version of the tornador. It doesn’t have a very large tank though, so when I’m blowing out a car it runs almost constantly for a few minutes. It can keep up well though, as long as you’re not constantly on the trigger
