Ok so I have no idea why RUclips recommended this to me, but I have to ask, why do so many custom bikes have such unaesthetic seats? It's like on a lot of the bikes they are a last minute thought that lets down the rest of the bike, true it's not all of them but it seems to be a noticeable trend.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. A lot of thought went in to most of the seats shown in this vid. What don't you like about them?

@@holdawayt It's just that it's blatantly obvious where thought went into the seat design and it flows with the rest of the bikes design choices particularly with the tank to seat interface and then unfortunately you have basically a flat plank of a seat that just sits on the top of the bike frame with no connection to the rest of the design language of the bike that it is on, so it makes the bike feel unfinished. So in many ways it's can't even be excused as beauty is in the eye of the beholder as it is so disjointed from the rest of the bikes design cues.

@@tankicat I see your point, but it's a scrambler and that's kind of the design and how it's supposed to look. I think the idea is that you're meant to be stood up riding it down twisty dirt tracks. I've sat on both of joshes bikes and they're actually really comfy.
