Funny I just saw this notification. I just bought a cb125 and remembered your series was why I decided I wanted one in the first place. Making it a goal to have it riding in one week.
I also decided to lose the pillion seat but I couldn't find a rack I really liked so I broke out the pipe benders and the welder and made one which looks great in powdercoat. Some progressive forksprings made a big improvement to the front end for not much ££. I just can't get on with bar end mirrors so I've stuck with the OEM's which may look a bit goofy but work great for me. I also upgraded the headlight with a LED bulb and fitted some discretely mounted LED driving lamps which make a huge difference after dark. I decided to stick with the standard front mudguard and added an extender which keeps a lot of road crud off the bike.👍 The SS is a great bike to ride and proves you don't need 200+bhp to enjoy 2 wheels.
Hand guards and a side bag for the left hand side of the bike woulds complete the adventure look, keep your hands dry in the wet and give extra storage space
I assure you the amount of rain we went through, no hand guards would have kept me dry 😂 I did think about a side bag but as we didnt need to pack a tent etc this was just right 👌
Plus one for the handguards, they might not keep your hands bone dry, but they make a huge difference, not just keeping a lot of rain off, but also cutting down on wind chill. I'd thoroughly recommend them.
lovely, thanks for doing this, i am getting the scram 900 soon and very helpful. May I knnow what is the luggage rack brand, the link does not work anymore now.
Love it Jish! QQ, small point - what cable protector did you use for your under seat wiring please? Doing the same and it's such a smart addition! Thanks!
hello.. i saw tou remove the original bracket of the mudguard. did you noticed any diference riding the bike? any trouble while handling it? some people say you shouldnt remove it because you will feel some kind of "unturnig" when you turn the handlebar. i would like to know your opinion because i would like to remove it from my bike. keep up with the good videos, i hope to see more from that gorgeos bike. :D
Ill be totally honest and say i felt no difference when riding. I gave it a push round wales too and honestly felt great! Its a scrambler at the end of the day not expecting to get my knee down 😂 so to those who are saying its bad for handling, they need to stop nit picking 😅 For the cost id recommend having a go 🤘
Hi! I have the same bike and very similar mirrors from british customs, but when I mounted down they were actually hitting the tank on a full turn of the handlebars. Are you running into that at all?

Been looking for handguards for my Street Scrambler. Purely to reduce wind chill, not for protection from off road. Any recommendations?@@AlexOnABoat
I'm guessing the exhaust position limits having a soft side bag?

I did worry about clearance with the tank but i have adjusted them to have about an inch clearance each side and they work very well 😁
Hi Where did you get that rack from?
Ebay dude! Ill add a link shortly
What shocks did you use?
YSS shocks 🤘 it would help if i actually added them to the description 😂
@@jishh I thought it was just me not being able to find it as you said you had added it 😄 - A link would be good 👍
