You could always use the internet to convert the measurements. ;)
Excellent tutorial...I will have to say this would be well suited for a kitten or cat under a year old. My cat is just over a year and I think I need about a 20 inch ring for her.

Such an easy to follow guide, my first macrame project feels like such a straightforward success. Thank you!
Only thing, you never went back and showed how you finished off the loose ends of the handle wrap cord at the end of the spiral. Ended up trimming and tucking up under but would love to know if you think that'll hold. Thanks again!
agree hahaha i forgot to include:( but i just cut the excess and secured it with fabric glue😊
@@HabitMade is it okay using glue gun? Or is glue gun strong enough to glue it? I afraid my cat will fall if the glue not strong enough to hold it

I'm wondering where to find the wooden rings you use (and larger). Everything I find is squared similar to embroidery hoops. Not the smooth rounded finish in your video.

Craft stores have them, like JoAnns and Michaels. Can probably find them on Amazon as well.

Just made this. I followed the instructions and used the hoop sizes as described and mine looks like a miniature of the one in the video. Beautiful! But definitely won’t fit a cat. Maybe I’ll use it as a mail slot

I'm confused on the total amount of cord. In the video you say 600 ft but you show 16 cords cut 16 feet each....that equals 256 feet. Can you clarify which is correct?
Hello, this is 600 ft is just approximately, also aside from 16 cords, I still added cords in the basket :)
