Only issues with Churchill is that he’s way too expensive for every mode in the game, and he also levels up too slow when you finally get him, so they just need to change one of the 2
His price is sort of his special point, so what he really needs is more late game power. He should be ray of doom strength at 20, he just isn't. And, that would be reasonable considering you can either get quncy/adora/sauda to early game carry for money leading into the good t5s, or get geraldo and spend genie money late-game to do what Churchill does but better.
As much as he probably needs a buff, Quincy winning the poll is suprising to me when both you and ISAB (and presumably others) have videos where he's vital to the stratergy. Churchill is infamous for being hard to buy, and too hard to level up and buff

What Quincy really needs is a buff to Moab’s for rounds 80+, especially Storm Of Arrows, as it really struggles against even against the round 80 ZOMG or any BFB past there. It feels weird for the level 3 ability to far outclass the level ten ability, especially when Quincy is buffed by an Alchemist or similar.
Lvl3 is for dps, lvl 10 is for saturation pierce. That being said, at higher levels, arrow rain still kills moabs and most of a bfb itself, so it's still very useful for round 98 when bfbs are low hp given it's raw saturation pierce across the large number of targets.
Rosalia is the one who needs a buff. Quincy is a mediocre hero, but it doesn't mean he's bad or underpowered, it means he gets the job done as he is intended to do so.
I think in comparing the crossbow master and Quincy, he should have at least as much range by lvl 20. Idk he is strong enough but that old adage, ‘nothing gets past my bow’ and yet there are so many things that get past him

Every hero, weak or strong, has a niche and a defining playstyle to them. Rosalia has neither. You put her on the track when she reaches Lv7, that's it. She has synergy with Ace and Heli but both are so minor you don't even notice them. Churchill at least comes with decent power, Etienne saves you money by not needing to buy Villages specifically for camo (or finding ways to de-camo), and Gwen basically gives a slightly weaker permabrew.

Her synergies need to be adjusted to fit more builds, needs the ability to attack while moving her and her super charged attack should probably come out sooner, around every 7 attacks. This way you have an easier time getting Ace and Heli builds, the towers she's supposed to synergize with, you can micro her if needed and you can get consistent damage/moab pushback. I've played a ton with her and it's not necessarily that she's bad, she's just one-note. Getting a 5% discount on flying towers and a hardly noticeable speed boost while her Lv7 ability is active just isn't enough. So very often you literally put her on the track for max pierce and just do nothing with her.

@CrimsoniteSP it's a low level, but my idea of balance for heros is they need either power(nope), good supporting qualities (5% discount is too low), or they need to have no micro. I think allowing rosilia to pursuit means she can keep her current damage numbers and level up set without any more balancing. Otherwise she really needs to specialize more in 1 of the other sets. Damage doesn't seem likely after corvus's sins. Allowing her to support some of the best towers already seems like it could get REALLY strong really quickly with even minor buffs, so removing micro seems to be the best idea.

mib was almost useless. Artillery battery already pops black bloons (heavy shells) and permabrewed quincy already pops lead. However, the exploding arrows couldn't pop black until mib

Give her a new first ability that makes up to 10 monkeys (starts off at 3 and by leveling up you get up to 10) in range of Gwen have flamethrowers or heat it up ability for like 20 seconds or something. I think by making her first ability a passive and then just a new first ability would be nice.

I don't like that she was intentionally released undertuned just because Geraldo and Corvus were overtuned, and still are. She can also either push back moabs/bfbs with the laser or deal with ceramics a bit better with the grenade, but at that point, I'd rather just put down a Benjamin in other modes, or a stronger and more effective hero on chimps. She is my favorite hero and I still clear chimps with other heroes instead, including all of the other ones on the poll, because she just isn't good, and doesn't even become that strong at later levels while Quincy is cheaper and gets stronger throughout the game.

How many situations is she really useful round 100? She's basically like a slightly better Benjamin on Chimps. Her talents would be useful if she was more capable of getting them before the rounds she would actually need them for, specifically the moab damage on her main attack before 40. Quincy is more likely to get his moab damage buff around the first moab, which is why Quincy is fine.
quincy can't pop pink bloons or ddts on his own. he is the only tower that can't pop every bloon with a mib as he will never pop the pink bloon. he needs the buff that makes him pop the pink bloon. pink bloons and ddts are the only things that get past his bow. at least all the other heroes can pop pink bloons. quincy needs more projectile speed and non explosive lead popping power.
1000% needs buffing but TBF, I think she's meant to be a support tower (like Ben, Brickell and Geraldo) hence the weak attacks. IMO the problem with Rosa is that a single heli can do all her abilities, range, attacks and a whole lot more without a hero slot

I'm going to make a lot of enemies with this, but... Etienne sucks! He has no buffing capabilities or unique synergies and is thus a pure damage hero like Quincy and Churchill, but unlike those two, he doesn't fill a niche. Quincy is cheap and synergizes well with buffs, Churchill has a great raw damage output, what does Etienne have? Yes, he gives camo but that doesn't make it any better. He urgently needs a rework. The way he is integrated into Battles 2, he is brilliant. The concept gives enough reason to prefer him to other heroes for certain strategies.

i voted for Quincy but after this video i dont think that she need a buff idk haha. but im new to this game i dont know much
quincy can't pop pink bloons or ddts on his own. he is the only tower that can't pop every bloon with a mib as he will never pop the pink bloon. he needs the buff that makes him pop the pink bloon. pink bloons and ddts are the only things that get past his bow. at least all the other heroes can pop pink bloons. quincy needs more projectile speed and non explosive lead popping power.

I mean, is it really a question? Rosalia is the weakest hero ever made in the history of bloons TD
1000% needs buffing but TBF, I think she's meant to be a support tower (like Ben, Brickell and Geraldo) hence the weak attacks.
IMO the problem with Rosa is that a single heli can do all her abilities, range, attacks and a whole lot more without a hero slot

He has no buffing capabilities or unique synergies and is thus a pure damage hero like Quincy and Churchill, but unlike those two, he doesn't fill a niche. Quincy is cheap and synergizes well with buffs, Churchill has a great raw damage output, what does Etienne have? Yes, he gives camo but that doesn't make it any better. He urgently needs a rework. The way he is integrated into Battles 2, he is brilliant. The concept gives enough reason to prefer him to other heroes for certain strategies.

@@leonardotrujillo8661 UCAV is by no means a bad ability. But not enough to give Etienne an edge over other heroes. In my opinion at least. I know Etienne is loved by quite a lot of players.
