    There’s a Bell Curve with everything.
    I think the possibilities are high at any age as long as you stay relatively injury free, barring outside factors such as genetic predispositions to various illnesses.

    I am 36, getting back to my prime PL is getting tougher, crush to bone intensity are causing joint pain and my body is not recovering as fast. Though I have never competed but just want to reach my genetic potential. Wasted a lot of early days in doing bullsh*t splits without base building.

    Hypothetically speaking, if someone was 40 and perhaps had been a bit lazy for most of their life, does this mean I...er, they could still be the world's strongest pensioner one day? Again, totally hypothetical, definitely not talking about myself. Honest.
