There’s a Bell Curve with everything. I think the possibilities are high at any age as long as you stay relatively injury free, barring outside factors such as genetic predispositions to various illnesses.
I am 36, getting back to my prime PL is getting tougher, crush to bone intensity are causing joint pain and my body is not recovering as fast. Though I have never competed but just want to reach my genetic potential. Wasted a lot of early days in doing bullsh*t splits without base building.
Always great content...really like your down to earth open and honest approach...so refreshing in the fitness industry...hopefully commening helps grow the channel...this has definitely not reached it's genetic potential yet...
Hellou bro!!l never competed powerlifting ,but l think powerlifting is hc sport and wery raw shittttt, mental skills ,and so so...but inportend informations!!keep rocking matt!!
Hypothetically speaking, if someone was 40 and perhaps had been a bit lazy for most of their life, does this mean I...er, they could still be the world's strongest pensioner one day? Again, totally hypothetical, definitely not talking about myself. Honest.
@@WenningStrength I feel like you've seen right through the "hypothetical" nature of my question. I'll settle for being stronger and less lazy at 50 than I am now!

4th factor: when you start benching people’s deadlifts, you’ve probably become superhuman
