I remember the first time I saw this rap battle, and the line where Jim Henson says "no man can muck up what we've left behind" I remember thinking "Welll..." and then I heard it: "M-I-C" and I immediately felt the ominous feeling you get when something terrible is about to happen.

Yeah, I've studied the history of Walt Disney, and although he was a tough boss who did push his workers to go beyond what they were comfortable with, he did care, and was known to stay with them and work along side them. His method was one who wanted perfection out of everyone, and expected it from himself as well.
But after he died and corporations like it is now yook over, it became more than that it became a machine of depression, killing yhe fantasy everyone had for the craft and look at it now, uts dead, no one animates or does anything original, it died with stan when he passed, everything they did mare our childhoods better and now its getting purged from the bullshit they do

Having come back to watch this again, I gotta say I love Bo's reaction the most. The others are just plain horrified, which is fun to see in its own right, sure, but you can actually see Bo's hope die when he recognizes Walt's face, because, like he said, he's on their payroll. He _knows_ well enough what's coming next. And as the song progresses, he can do nothing but acknowledge, with the somber horror of a man that's caught in Disney's web, that it's game over, not just for Jim and Stan, but for Peter and Lloyd as well...

Disney is pretty much taking over everything. Marvel, Star Wars, I mean wow! What's next? DC? Star Trek? The World? But hey, whatever, at least the films are entertaining. I hope everyone enjoys living on Disney Planet!

Kirby on the other hand is miles above Stan Lee, like Alan Moore said "I don't think Stan is a gifted writer".
+Mäu Stan is a gifted man in making up characters and giving them compelling backstories buuuut he isn't all that good at keeping u a good story which is why he needed help from Jack Kirby who then got shafted for a long time.But let's not say Stan Lee isn't talented the man wrote some of the most compelling character backstories out there.
