Tried this deck, its amazing. Id recommend double xspeed instead of potion tho as you have 2 reset cards by themselves so it shouldn’t make that much of a difference
I've had a few of that 30 turns matches using the infinite cure Venussaur Butterfree Deck... Haha (I think it's kind of fun be on it with this deck, because it means it's in full function. Healing all the damage every turn).
The deck that I'm trying to get is pretty similar to this but instead of weezing I run gardervoir for energy acceleration. The decklist is 2x Mew EX, 2x tauros (mythical island), 2x ralts, 2x kirlia, 2x gardervoir, 2x mythic slab, 2x sabrina, 2x professors research, 2x pokeball, 1x leaf, 1x budding expeditioner.
if this deck and mewtwo both have perfect setup, mewtwo wins each time. By turn 4 Mewtwo has set up 4 energy, and Mew has set up 3 energy by turn 3. Mewtwo (1/2) + Gardevoir (3/6) is as hard to setup as Weezing (2/4) + Mew(1/2) + Leaf(1), both require 4 specific cards, but there's only one Leaf in this deck. To drop a Raltz/Kirlia You need to open with Weezing, two Leafs would be better for that. The Koffing searching while more consistent is far less damage when an extra 40 damage on what is at most 80hp before fully evolving.
Vs mewtwo - all you have to do is get that first KO on a mewtwo with mew and the game is over. Very easy to get 3 energies on mew and just wait from the to attack with mewtwo (:
arent these type of Mew decks way stronger than playing it in a standard psychic type deck? i feel like playing mew in a psychic deck makes it a lot worse against mewtu because you always lose 2 energies when copying their attack. if you dont have psychic type energy on mew then you dont have to remove 2 energies

I was going to try this with salandit until i get Tauros to see which i like more, but i still havent even pulled mew ex 😢

1 tauros and 1 mew should be enough to let the deck function - Id just plug in a supporter card for now!

They sure can be! Mewtwo decks are still very good with mew - but in that deck mew is a backup attacker only for specific matchups (:
