Hey man, Ive been considering buying an mps for quite a while now and just curious on what to expect. I’ve seen your video on the let downs of having one and it was really helpful. I’m only 17 so obviously not too financially sturdy. The people I know who own mpss have had ample amounts of issues with the timing chain and motor. Is this the case will every mps or just ones who havnt been looked after properly. Thank you
If you're buying one at least expect that you're most likely going to need to do the timing chain and down the road you'll probably end up doing a rebuild if you're that big of an enthusiast. My buddy has had his car for a few years now and has it modded moderately and it hasn't really given many problems. I'm doing a rebuild and I'm planning to upload it all sometime. I'd say that if you address certain common issues you can take care of them before they become problems. As long as the car isn't thrashed you'll have a good project car. Super fun

Yeah those issues are common all depends on who you buy it from and the prior maintenance you do
