1. "Whatcha doin?" Strapped my Mini 2 onto an FPV as landing gear, gimbal cam, and to prove the point I can dance if I stand on your feet.
2. You stuck the landing so well I expected the quads arm to do that gymnast "tada" thing.
With a PF (Playfulness Factor) of 99.8, you are legally required to give this a thumbs-up.

DJI FPV quads will never fly faster than a home-built quad. DJI will be limited to under a hundred miles an hour in order to be FAA compliant.

A very interesting experiment...Thank you for doing it! I've been pondering the idea of removing the rotors and arms from a Mini 2 and then mounting the rest on an AR Wing Pro. This proves it would be quite feasible...We'd get the speed and range of a fixed wing with the awesome stabilized realtime video feed from the Mavic. That'd be extremely cool!

I rigged my drone so it will lift 2000 pounds, simply attach the drone to whatever it is you want to lift and then just put them on a 1 ton jack. Easy as that!

Haha nice one. Normal speed aside, the Mini 2 is a beast for it's size and with it's 249g you don't have to look over your shoulder in urban environments.
Actually, all rules must be followed with sub 250g drones. There's no "outlaw" drones. 👍

I just bought the mini 2 a couple of weeks ago. Love your videos but I'm definitely at the beginners stage and nowhere near being too adventurous. Keep the vids coming though.
That Dr who sonic screw driver, is awesome, ken , i personally tryed making my mavic2 go faster, but only got 6km faster by having fixed unfoldable props, but thats only 78km/h not 80miles an hour, plus 4min longer flight time too.
That was great! I did not think that would be successful at first. Your quad will easily do over 100mph without the mini attached.

Hey Ken I will be going on a trip to Nashville soon and I was wondering what are the rules for flying a drone over the Nissan titan‘s Colosseum? I have a mini 2. And I believe you can’t fly over the Parthenon right? I’m just trying to ask you because you are knowledgeable about drones and it looks like you are from that area and I don’t want to get into any trouble.
No the FAA needs to offer you or you sign things that are millions of dollars

I'd like to see the drones spaced apart just enough, that the mini props could spin, then fly both at full speed (bolted together). The mini should contribute to the speed. You may break 100mph.

yes electric unicycles and drones are a great match :) in the last 3 seconds of the video you see them ride in the background. probably some gotway wheels.

Why not just "shuck" the camera, gimbal and electronics, and just put them to a carbon freestyle type frame with your own ESC's and flight controller... Less weight, more mobility and all the function of both. I realize im a couple years late, but this is when these types of things are less financially risky.. as you can find used and "broken" drones all over to use for parts.. I might attempt this myself.. with the new DJi air 3...
