Excellent video as always. DLs book Codependency for Dummies is the book that I found in '16 that changed me completely. By '18 I was on a journey that was a huge rabbit hole and continuing journey. I almost fatally harmed myself due to this need to be in harmful toxic relationships. Not anymore. I honor my path these days.
