Fenster universal jambliner kits fit many brands of double-hung, tilt-in wood windows that originally used a vinyl compression jambliner with either a square or “vee” plough-shaped track. We take the guesswork out of matching balances and tilt pins by offering a complete kit with all of the hardware you need to replace your existing jambliners. If your windows have an “easy-tilt” system with slide locks to release the sashes, our jambliners will not work for your application.

Just installed a set of Fenster Compression Jambliners. The installation was as easy as described in this video. I feared that the replacement jambliners wouldn't fit or the installation would be a hassle because prior to installing the replacements there were significant air gaps on both sides of my window (I could see outside light on both sides) with the old jambliners. Took about an hour but pretty easy and air gaps are gone.

what brand of windows do you have?

I have a home build in 1963 with compression liners. How can I tell the manufacturer to get new compression liners and possibly upgrading to double glazing? Thanks in advance for any help.
