Hey Brickmania I thought of something and I would like Brickmania's opinion about it. Which would win, a Lego star wars Republic gunship or a Brickmania helicopter squad?
So, I stopped by the GHQ on Friday, hoping to be able to get that caps pack with my purchase & was told they hadn't received any of their new releases & sometimes don't get them til The following Monday or Wednesday. This was quite aggravating since it took way longer to get there than usual just to find out you don't have the stuff you say you're releasing. This irritation is greatly amplified by the fact that the GHQ is connected to your fulfillment center meaning there's no good reason the releases can't make the 30 yard walk to the store & the fact that this isn't the 1st, 2nd, or even 5th time I've had this experience. If you want people to visit the stores, I'd suggest making sure they have their new releases the evening before you make anything available online.. if the schedules too tight, don't advertise these deals as 'in store', because it sets false expectations. Thank you
Our apologies for the disappointment! There's a lot of moving parts in motion that have to get it right each time in order for schedules to be maintained. We won't want to make excuses for our shortcomings, but are aware of this situation, and are working on ways to get back on schedule in the future. Thanks for your patience and continued patronage!
That would be a question for Brickizimo. They are certainly welcome to stock all of our 3D printed items, but we don't force our resellers to stock everything we produce.
