God’s word was taken & twisted by men to control others ( mostly women & children). So I really don’t care what the Bible says about sex. As a person (male, female & everyone in between) there is nothing wrong with having consensual sex with multiple partners. As long as you are safe,using contraception, you are not in a relationship, & the other person is not in a relationship or marriage then it is absolutely fine.
You should read about how purity culture is dangerous & harms people. A lot of them show the same symptoms as those who have been diagnosed with PTSD. Not to mention it is literally used to keep women ignorant & inexperienced so they don’t know what to do in situations they may not be comfortable with.

It also can be hypocritical. Women have as much right to have multiple partners as men do. Women enjoy sex as much as men.
Your “purity “ is not a measure of your worth as a person. There is nothing wrong w having multiple partners as long as you are safe, you are not hurting anyone & you are not damaging someone else’s relationship.
