This does not show how to embed a video. It simply creates a preview picture and a link to the RUclips / Vimeo content. That's not what embedding means. I have a paid account, so it doesn't have to do with the other commenter's question regarding free accounts.

She has misspelled "community" hehe . Anyway, nice video.
Although I'd recommend scheduling emails, and not sending them "now".
Best time for emails to arrive: Tuesdays or Wednesdays 9:00-11:00 am. But not on the full hour, because that's when people are starting new, scheduled activities. A few minutes before that or after that are best
