Hi coach, It was 7 years ago, You uploaded video within embed English sub. Would you like to upload a new instructional video for today 2021? Thank You.
It'll look good when you view it on full screen mode, or on your mobile device, with the progress/time bar out of the way. Sure you want me to size it down?
Great instructional vid from the master himself, I love this and the great soundtrack that starts around 1:30 mts in, Anyone figured out the name of this music ? I love it.
Thanks for doing this! This problem seems to occur when viewing with a 16:9 monitor. On my monitor that's not widescreen it looks fine. Is there are reason why the framerate is smaller in comparison to other versions out there?
'Side-top' spin is my literal translation of how the Chinese put it. It's not pure topspin, but it's usually returned as if it's one. Check this video out World Championship Service 2011 I believe the Chinese male players happen to be serving the pendulum side spin. I guess it's where you brush the ball on your rubber.
basic side top turns into vicious spin when its short and low to the table. The opponent has to reach away from his/hers body. as well as there is less room for error.
Amazing table tennis!!!!!! Great Ma Long..!!! But....the appearances of the translations are more fast than Ma Long's actions :))))) - GREAT VIDEO, thank you ---- The only one thing that I hate in this video is...this horrible soundtrack...
I play the video in 1/4 th speed - it fixes all the problems. You can really pay close attention to Ma Long's movement - and as a bonus, there's no annoying music :)
In my opinion, no. The idea behind it is the same (applying a topspin on a ball over the table with a backhand), but the technique is different. The flip that is shown in the video isn't as effective on very heavy spin balls, whereas the modern Lin yun-ju's backhand flick is much more adaptable. The flip shown can still be used, but there are less opportunities to use it.
@@thomaskchia It seems to be effective for flipping quickly to catch your opponent off guard. The banana flick is more predictable because of all the prepatory movement that goes into it.
@@noah7477 Yes it is effective as a surprise flip, in fact Ma Long uses it to deceive FZD in the Olympic final: ruclips.net/video/VTCDQYYKA9o/видео.html. However, the banana is by no means predictable either, the direction of the flick can be varied widely and is effective in that manner too.
People are looking for a perfect serve but there's no such thing as any schoolchild can usually defent against all of them quite effectively it's smashing strikes that win games that I'm worried about. How do you learn to hit the table when someone like Ma Long is smashing thru the ball like a motherfucker and sends it your way at 200 km/h? Are there any good drugs to improve reactions?
LOL Ma Long puts so much spin in his serves I'm pretty sure unless you are a pro level player competing at international level you wouldn't be able to return a single one of them. Heck, in the video you can see many competing pro players can't return them either.

I simply don't understand why this hasn't reached a million views yet.
Because noone knows who the world's best player is. And the chinese don't watch youtube (which is blocked), but the chinese equivalent.

It's kinda hard to see the text below the screen, and some are cutoff.. :(
the only complaint I do is... the slow motion sections haven't good quality. nice video though.
Anyone knows what the music at 1:05 yet?

How is it possible to get topspin on a pendulum serve? The only way I know is to brush the top part of the ball but he didn't to that on his serve?
'Side-top' spin is my literal translation of how the Chinese put it. It's not pure topspin, but it's usually returned as if it's one.

Naruto Uchiha14 It's a good mix up serve. Very deceptive. In my opinion it's easier to do than the backspin one.
+thegreatsolar that's true for me too... and I'm a penholder
Shakehand here, but I do adjust my grip slightly for these reverse pendulums.

I like the soundtrack of 0:39 :) Is it a special made for the series or an existing song?
over the table back hand loop it hard'
Totally cool ;)

The texts are too short in time to read properly. It needs to be readjusted. Otherwise this can be very good.
just pause it or watch it at 0.5 speed then.

Omega fish oil, Lecithin, Caffeine ?
I liked caffeine advice better)
Of course you did something wrong if smashing is happening.
Костя Зайцев so what kind of advice are you looking for?
I fount it. They provide treatment of nerves with electric shock which increases their condutivity and allows you to react faster.
