    Thanks! 90% correct in my technique. I don't look at the wrist, but I will now. I started teaching the kids and I tell them to hold a small plastic ball between the elbow and the waist, but not too hard, and as I can see it works :P in fact, since the ball can't fall out, they have to catch the ball with their feet to go after, the child cannot reach out :)

    This is one of my favorite videos. It touched upon a lot of my weaknesses. The whole idea of everything working together is something I see in better players. I can only hit 10 rallies in a row at best because my body is all over the place. Very helpful video! 👍👍👍
