my sister founded May's veggie home restaurant and I worked at that restaurant when I was sophomore year. I'm glad that you guys like the food Khao soy is the one of my favorite too.

Have you found a decent Vegan cheese? I swear its the one thing stopping us from going full Vegan!
Vegan cheese is a work in progress. But they're getting much better. The thing I keep in mind when I encounter a food item that falls slightly short of expectations where taste is concerned is that the real issue of importance is that no animal is being hurt or exploited. But anything you do to lessen consumption of animals is great and appreciated. Thank you... No judgment here. Love your videos.
Flying The Nest Try Daiya. They have mozzarella, pepper jack and cheddar. Pretty good.

Agree with Stephen, Macarons are too sweet. And YES, Ed Sheeran's new album is awesome! Went to his concert once and was so impressed by how much he can do with just a guitar and a loop pedal.

We have a trip to Finland in April and Ireland in October. During Summer I'm doing fieldwork in NYC for my master thesis. And as we all know NYC isn't a cheap city to stay in :-P
You guys ALMOST ate as much here as you did in Utah 😂 Macarons are the BEST! I'm obsessed with them! The ones you can buy at the top of the Eiffel Tower are the best! You literally have the opposite taste in food to me Steve! I love caramel, macaroons, avocado and I HATE mushrooms! Haha. You guys actually looked good in the kitchen - like you could make a cooking channel and I'd totally believe it and watch!
Haha! ALMOST - I still have cravings for ALL your dips you make - mostly the pink one that we dipped Apples into it. You hit the nail on the head of the Avocado covered Macaroon! We looked good in the kitchen because we had an amazing Chef hand holding us the entire time!! Hope Vancouver was fun!!
