Deze oefeningen heb ik gekregen van mijn fysio voor een lui geworden niddenrifspier. Maar wel liggend op bed, en met één extra oefening, de laatste oefening met diep inademen maar dan nog extra de buik uit kunnen steken door extra lucht aan te trekken door de mond

Thanks so much, glad I ran into you! that was great. And yes! I'd like to learn many more respiratory exercises like inhale and exhale to clear my lungs from my years of smoking, although I have been physically active all my life done many marathons and 3 triathlons, but still smoking cigarettes however averaging 2 to 3 a day for 20 years, yo be fair sometimes gone days without smoking 🚬 🚭 💔
Please provide me with options...all X-rays have come up with nothing, no damage to my lungs..and I stopped smoking for 2 weeks and don't intend to do It again...

Am I the only only that gets a little dizzy at holding the breath and then feeling some tintling in my cheeks, in my face?
Is it normal to get lightheaded when first starting this exercise ?
Yes it is. The lightheaded feeling you are getting is your body getting a big dose of oxygen!
I experienced the same thing!
