Hey my physical exam is in 2-3 days ... In which i have to run 5 km within 25 minutes.... Can give some suggestions or some tips for reducing the time during my exam its very important ....please reply as soon as possible thank you 😀
I hv 2 weeks to achieve 5km under 38mins. Been practising but able to sustain 3km so far. Main observation is shortness of breath and lower shin is feeling heavy. Is there anything I can do to overcome this?

Initially it will be like that, eventually ur body will get adapted
2 steps breathe in 2 steps breathe out (leaving for me)
