- “All of a sudden, my heart became so big that I thought it was going to burst out of my chest.”
Ten years ago, Marilena was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia - a nerve disorder that caused unbearable pain in her head. She estimates she spent as much as a hundred thousand dollars on specialists, medications, and alternative therapies in her search for a cure. When every attempt failed, she became suicidal.
Despite the persistent pain, Marilena began to meditate - a challenge at first. She struggled with doubt - but stuck with it, firmly believing she could change. By the time she registered for her first Week Long Advanced Retreat, she felt sure she would be healed - and tell her story from the stage.
Yet during the Coherence Healing™ sessions, Marilena focused on healing others, rather than herself - and that’s when she felt energy flooding into her heart. As she let go, it exploded throughout her body, and she released negative emotions from her old life that she’d been carrying for years. In that moment, she knew she was healed.

Im familiar with Dr Joes work for abt 10y now but use just normal meditation methods to do the same. It doesnt take much to heal. Just dedication and knowing that it works😍🙏😍

I’m so glad this has been posted for everyone to share. I was at this retreat and saw this lady tell her story in person. It was gripping and inspirational, as were a number of other healings at the same retreat. I have told her story to many people, encouraging them to try one of Dr. Joe’s retreats. The energetic movement that one can experience is absolutely profound. There were also many dedicated volunteers and repeating attendees from all over the world, which speaks for itself. 🙏❤️

My dear late Mom had this disease. It is called the suicide disease. My Mom was a holocaust survivor and lost her entire family. Her fortitude and strength got her through it. She lived until 92 thank gd.
Thank you. My body has burning mouth syndrome which is painful too and i am getting back into meditating with Dr Joe to heal this. You came at the right time for me. I have to remember that it is not some magic that some people experience and others don’t, it is a process. It’s not that the universe hates me or God has forgotten me; No! I just have to do the work. It’s time to affirm health and to stop reaffirming this condition. I have to remember that the body doesn’t just become ill and turn against itself for no reason but that this is a result of an accumulation of certain thought patterns and behaviours on the body. I did this, my life did this and now i have to change to undo it.

Just learned this weekend in a yogatherapy seminwr that your body's former disease is called the suicide disease, because ppl cannot bear it and often see this as their only way out. That’s very similar to „Bruno Grönig“ teaching. It’s free for everyone. There are „circle of friends „ almost in any city which you can contact. They also have online communities. There are videos on RUclips and a movie about it.

I had exactly what she had due to a mistake a dentist made. I said at that time I was going to cut my head off also to relieve the pain She is Not exaggerating about the pain God bless her.
I also have this due to a dental mistake, I constantly want someone to cut my head off. Deb, how did you heal. I can’t meditate the pain is so intense. And yet I meditated for about 10 years prior to this occurring. The pain has my nervous system so jacked up I just can’t meditate. How do I heal if I can’t meditate?
Just keep going Sara. Never give up. It's not always perfect. The more your nervous system is jacked up the more you need to meditate. For me, it changed once I got to the retreat. I was desperate before that.
I have never felt my nervous system so calm. It changed everything!

I have trigeminal neuralgia too. But i cant seem to get that level of spirit.
You just have to do the work and believe you are healed. Never give up. I was so desperate. I put all my faith into this work. Everyday I overcame myself. You can do it too!

A useful Tip perhaps?
Tip-01 If you arrive at one of these retreats and are travel exhausted. Don't try to take a nap to compensate for it. The more tired and "out of your head" you are, the more likely you'll have a "better" experience or outcome. If you feel you'll just fall asleep, don't worry about it. Dr Joe's ability to observe the crowd and use those annoying inflections (so effectively) will keep your head where it needs to be (OUT of your head).

You don’t have to go to a retreat, although they are amazing!!
Doing Dr Joe’s work ( meditations) everyday will change your life.
There are many testimonials online that also share their story of healing by doing the work at home. You can listen to Dr Joe online and also read his books to learn about his work ❤

When people that attend the retreats talk about “watching the progressives” is this a series of videos only those that can get to a retreat can access or can we get them. I’m confident I don’t need the retreat. I for sure WANT to attend but I have 11 children and even more animals.. so leaving isn’t exactly a small feat 🤣

Anecdotal evidence is not evidence.... people get better randomly every day of the week. Sometimes just given it time. This is not evidence of anything unusual. Interesting its only the people who pay to go to these retreats get 'better" .
Well, this is not true... not only the people who pay for the retreats get "better" you must see more testimonials, why are you so bitter?! maybe you'll get better... one day
This is not correct and comes from your perception. There are many testimonials where people healed before they went to an event. They healed at home! And than they decided to go to an event.
Wrong! Joe's RUclips channel itself has an entire playlist of testimonies of people who DIDN'T go to the retreat but did his work at home! He himself has said countless times that it all depends on your own inner conviction. Better not to go for his work if you're skeptical!
I was sceptical at first as I was using Joe's meditation for 2yrs no change. I am from London and went to the retreat in Orlando November 2023.
It was the best decision I have ever made in my life! When 2000 people go into deep meditations at the same time..WATCH OUT....the POWER that shoots through your body is transformational!
I was lost for words, so glad I did it. I'm planning my next one for 2024!

Joe Dispenza doesn't say that these outcomes are unusual. To the contrary, he says that no one is exempt from healing, once they get in the habit of moving away from their old unhealthy ways of being. And he clearly explains the process in his books, which are enough to apply it, no *need* to go to a retreat. People *want* to move away from work, families, responsibilities, etc to be able to immerse themselves in meditation for a whole week.
I could't afford a retreat, it was hard as **** to achieve results on my own, but I improved my health and my life significantly with only the info from his books and his interviews on youtube. And for this I will always be grateful to this man.
