I wouldn't wish that on anyone.. today he could have been at undetectable levels and still did stuff in boxing maybe not be the heavy weight champ at 50 but still do what he loved.. it sounds like he just gave up rest in peace Duke

And also, how you guys make the montage, how you choose the score, really gives the right aura about the sport, it's perfect. It perfectly narrates that period of heavyweight boxing, the 80s were wild as hell. And so that's so entertaining. And so informative. Love you guys.

JESUS lived a perfect life yet died a horrible death for our sins. GOD the FATHER raised HIS SON up from the dead and Set HIM at HIS own RIGHT HAND in Heaven. JESUS CHRIST Shall return again at the appointed time to judge the world in Righteousness. Only those who are born of the SPIRIT of GOD shall be saved in the end. Therefore, to see GOD you Must be Born Again (Jn 3:3). Call on JESUS CHRIST! Ask HIM to save your soul today. Be baptized with water and Receive and Obey HIS WORDS all of your days, seeking GOD'S HOLY FACE in prayer every day and night so that you can be ready when the LORD returns. AMEN.

      Greetings dear ones,
      JESUS CHRIST Loves us all and Salvation is in HIS NAME Alone. Believe and be Saved. AMEN.

      GOD Loves us all.
      JESUS CHRIST came to seek and to save that which was lost. HE came into this world to save sinners. All humans have sinned except JESUS CHRIST. JESUS lived a perfect life yet died a horrible death for our sins. GOD the FATHER raised HIS SON up from the dead and Set HIM at HIS own RIGHT HAND in Heaven. @PapaMatt107 6 лет назад +18

      @@LiberalsGettheBulletToo exactly right. that's what his amateur record wants to point out. not so much about the wins and losses but the KO percentage, since amateur boxing had fighters with head gears on and made to use heavier and bigger gloves so ringside judges can easily see and score punches that are made in a fight. Amateur GOAT's like Lomachenko, Rigondeaux, Teofilo Stevenson, Felix Savon, even the great Roy Jones Jr. and Andre Ward (who went undefeated as an amateur) wasn't knocking people out during their time. That's how unbelievable that amateur record of Tommy had. Crazy power indeed.

    • @skinnybuddhaboy
      @skinnybuddhaboy 6 лет назад +6

      @ Then why does every boxers KO ratio dramatically increase as soon as they turn professional and start fighting without headgear? Headgear tends to soften the blow's by around 30%. I know because I've sparred many times with and without headgear. The blows still rattle your head a lot, but they're not as concussive. They're just jarring and you can hear the BANG every time you get hit, especially round the side of the head. Once you get used to it it doesn't bother you much at all. It's just when you start out sparring that it feels dangerous and like you're still going to get KO'ed with the headgear on (which of course you can if someone hits hard enough or if your chin isn't great and/or neck isn't strong enough to absorb the blows).

    • @skinnybuddhaboy
      @skinnybuddhaboy 6 лет назад +7

      @@joenobody5913 Lol, I've known about Lomachenko for quite a few years now! He's been a pretty big name in boxing for some time now. He is considered the best amateur boxer to ever compete, but I was just pointing out the ridiculously high KO percentage of Morrison's, combined with such a high number of amateur fights. Normally KO percentages are less than or around 50% in the amateurs once people get into the high numbers, even with big hitters.
