- Bethnal Green is an area in East London, close to Liverpool Street Station. It is a multi-ethnic neighborhood and its main street, Bethnal Green Road is the heart of the neighborhood with lots of shops. In this video, get a glimpse of dusk in wintery London as we walk from Victoria Park to Bethnal Green Road.
Thanks to all our fellow walkers and visitors to continue to watch and support the channel. Together, we will continue to explore more beautiful places!

Me and me mates used to drink in that Manor in the 60's. Can't remember the name of the pub, but Peters and Lee did gigs there before they got famous. Born Islington in 1946 not been back there for a good 20 years now.
Think the name of the pub was the Green Gate opposite the post office.
They also sung in the Bishop Bonner
Hi.
Thank you so much.
Thanks Yuri.
I’ve been waiting for somebody to walk past the green man pub I was there about 30 years ago and used to hang out with the funniest bunch of cockneys a very very very fine bunch of people had a lot of fun but watched a few of these walks in Bethnal Green and nobody has walked past or Shown the green man, the green Man pub.😢
Beautiful.
Thank you!
How I miss this place 👊🏽
شكرا يا اخي . ما شاء الله 🥰
I remember a location you walked past were lock stock & two smoking barrels was filmed just passed old ford road.
My old stamping ground. Would love you to do another one in the other direction, up Roman Road where I used to live!
Walked that and rode that area for the last 3 decades
Urgh. This is my neighbourhood. Grew up here (used to be a really nice place), Still live here (it's shit hole now).
Love your walks!
I miss the London I knew. It's not the same.
You walked right past a place I left in 1965 to move to Australia. I didn't recognize it till you got right on top of it. 😆Thanks for the memories. Old Ford Road and all fun times. I learned to swim in the York Hall. Are the swimming pools still open there? Does anyone know?
Yes, still open...when did you leave BG?
@@user-un3wp2kg5fI said, 1965. I frightful long time ago. I've never had the chance to return. I lived on Old Ford Road.
@@toni4729 yes, pool is still open, really hasn't changed much at all but v expensive to swim there now
@n3wp2kg5f It was threepence when I went there after school with my brother every night. Spent hours there. 😂 Thanks for letting me know.
@@toni4729 £7.50 now I believe...... it was 10p when we used to go in the 70s

Lovely walk mate, or better say "beasty"? 😂
I know it was a long time ago but when I was about ten years old, back in the early sixties, there were deer in Victoria Park; that is, until some rotten ba...ds beat them to death one night. Bethnal Green was no place for children after that.
WALKING BEAST !! =D !!
Thanks Buzon.
Drive us to Queen Mary Uni

I was born in Bethnal Green.
so was i neil peace st off vallance rd no far from violet krays place
You'd think people would find something better to do with their money than buy spray cans of paint just to make a mess. How bloody childish. Bethnal Green Road looks like a rubbish dump.
