Oh, I stay in this area every time I come to London, must have been there around 10 times now so it feels like 'my London'. And I haven't been able to come to London in the past 2 years, miss it so much. But I'm so happy to see you roam the streets I normally walk on. This was a video just to warm my heart and I thank you!

An AMAZING TOUR!!! Thanks, Katie!!! Is there (near Brick Lane) still "The Ceral Killer" snack bar, selling all different morning cereals??? Lots of love. Kat X
Great video!
Also love the Gallery Cafe for Vegan food in Bethnal Green and the Approach Tavern is also worth a visit! Surprised they weren't mentioned in this guide!
Will check them out! x
I have been in Bethnal Green for 4 years of my life . Greetings from Rome 💪🏻
Loved this
Thank you!
Alwaaays the Beigel Bake 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
I was from East Ham but used to go to Bethnal Green a lot when I was little, the 70’s’! I liked the library! Proper East enders eat pie snd mash with a spoon! I thought you was going to!
Love this comment !
Such a quirky area of London - and I will have to visit the conservatory archives for my next plant investment.
Brick Lane and Columbia Road please. Also other ideas could be Battersea, Clapham. Loved this video thank you.
I never been to bethel green but think it might be a spot for a day exploring in london see what trouble I coul find
I don’t live in London (or England for that matter), and have no plans to visit any time soon, but I am SO excited for this series! It’s like a little mini vacation :) Katie “Rick Steves” Snooks. Hope this is helpful feedback!
Ah thanks so much for the support Brooke x
Hi Katie i was born in Gascoigne place which is off Colombia Road im 86 years young, you talk about the price of properties my old house where grew up was 2 storeys high with an oitside toilet and a cold water tap when my grandson took me back 6 years ago we stood ouyside my old house and was told it sold for £1-4 million pounds 7 ears ago 😂😂
Really nice vdeo.
Is Brick lane Shoreditch ? Never quite know in London as it all merges into one another ❤️🙏🏻
Please can you do a brick lane video x
Will do for sure!
Can't believe you missed out Viktor Wynd's museum! Its a gem of Bethnal Green! Thanks for the vlog though :-)
I’m including that in my London fields guide as its closer to there! I’ve already done a blog post on it though x
@@katesnooks oh great!

I've lived in Bethnal Green for 6 years now and you'll have to drag me from the area. I love it so much.
I'd also recommend the Angel and Crown pub, The Florist Arms (which do the best pizza) pub which are near the Buddhist Centre.
Fab!!
Girl you don’t stop eating 😂
You're so busy showing us your face, you've forgotten to show us where you are and where you're going.
I'm sure there's a bit more to Bethnal Green than a few shop fronts. 👎
She didn't want to show the rich ethnic culture in bethnal. White vloggers also dis the same thing to peckham only filmed the pubs and coffee shops
Bethnal Green looks too hipster and gentrified for my tastes. The Cockneys that inhabited the area and gave it it's style have long moved away.
really? Bethnal Green? 🙈
You obvz haven't watched the vid! x
@@katesnooks sorry no hate i 🙈🙈 genuinely love your channel! i lived in bethnal green for 2 years going to queen mary uni .. twas a bit rough 🙈 but good memories! to each their own & all the best x
@@katesnooks Brag about your own videos do you?
I got fed up with looking at you and your shaking phone. You're supposed to be showing us the area.
