Superb video and sound. B727 is my all time favourite aircraft - what a great wing! And glorious engines - the JT8D. Thanks to you for sharing, would love to see more!
Excellent video, the 727 is the TU-154's poor cousin in terms of power and performance the length of the take off run and the rate of climb would have concerned me had I been sat on the aircraft I my preference has always been Tupolev, the video is a pleasure to watch
@@thecaynuck4694 I guess so. The 737 has a lot of corrosion problems after 15-20 years of service but it usually isn't a problem because they deal with it. If the don't then it becomes a problem.

The 727 and MD-80 have the same engines
Woo-hoo! JT-8D's bringing the noise!
The Sound is just incredible. Subbed! :)
Videospotter (HamburgMobile) I love the sound of those Pratt and Whitney JT8s
That sound is just amazing.
Great sound :)

Tupolevs with their crappy safety records. Flying death traps those things, but if you like them better that's ok by me.
+NScaleTransitModels(lolfunnycp) Yes. Their very swept wings don't help for takeoff either.
Over 1800 727s were built so it speaks for itself.
@@calvinrovinescu6166 It's not that Tupolev's were dangerous, it's just Soviet Russia's miatenance standards weren't very strong.

Kinda sounds like a ERJ-145 on takeoff.
super slow takeoff for a plane that's not even that large
