I recommend breaking the cookies in quarters with your hands. Then the mix doesn't get a bunch of cookie dust. Then slowly mix the cookies in and give it a little mix. Then the fudge stays more white chocolate.
I tried making fudge once, it never harden in the fridge and remained liquid, I'm guessing maybe not enough chocolate? So I guess the ratio of choc to condensed milk is quite important for this recipe.
