I'm 50% sure that Spider-Man could appear in some way, there have already been cases of creators denying things that end up appearing in the movies anyway because they can't spoil it for others, but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't appear, the whole thing with Disney and Marvel is complicated
Maybe the Invincible and Spider Man crossover will be a special episode like the Atom Eve episode. In the Invincible comics, they skipped the crossover by only showing references to Spider Man and Doc Ock and had a separate comic about Invincible in the Marvel universe

To be honest there’s a LOT to fit into this episode (Allan Nolan Battle Beast prison break, Mark getting his new suit at the end to correlate with the title card, and there’s stuff with all the other characters I assume) so I wouldn’t be too surprised if it’s only a short cameo or something or doesn’t happen at all
They Only have the Spider-Man noir license, not traditional Peter Parker, there’s a difference. I don’t think Disney would be willing to let Spider-Man appear in such a violent property like invincible, i hope it happens but I’m not gonna get my hopes to high because it’s disney we’re talking about.
Meh, I doubt it. I think it might be a "markedly similar, but legally distinct" character, like "Brown Widow" was in "The Venture Bros." I just find it hard to believe they didn't bring "Science Dog" into the story as-is (changing him to "Seance Dog"), but successfully maneuvered the whole Spider-Man licensing web (pun intended) between Marvel and Sony.
Let's be honest. Marvel is kinda into mud right now and a collab with Invincible would only benefit them which is a goated show so I don't see no reason why Marvel won't be willing to do that. Also let's talk about the timing as X-men is airing right now and this collab would simply act as a PR move.
Considering that Silk: Spider Society show is coming out, there maybe a chance we could see a Spider-Man crossover. If that doesn't happen though, I hope they use Spawn as a stand-in

As much as I want it to happen, Rex's hand pose is not indicative of Spider-Man being in the show. He used that same gesture in the comics when he got his fake hand. Also the tweet was probably just a joke about how the hand pose is the same one that Spider-Man does. I'm not saying it won't happen, but it won't be because of this
I wouldn't say it's "definitely" happening. The Spider-Man hand gesture from rex doesn't feel like a tease. It feels more like an homage to make up for the fact that Spider-Man isn't making an appearance.
