The 2014 Christmas Special felt like a perfect way to end the ABM series, because the channel just went downhill years later, and furthermore, if Bowser really DID kill Lemmy, then realistically, regardless of Lemmy's revival, he sure as hell would NEVER be released from prison! Death Penalty worthy even.
Now it’s all over. The channel is done for. Now ABM will just be remembered for what it once was before everything went down, whether it be by the hands of controversy or the fans who have different views of the best ages of the channel. … This just hurts for me personally. I’m autistic myself and back when I was first diagnosed, there wasn’t really a lot of people on the spectrum I could look up to that I knew about. The same thing carries over into representation as well. My parents said I was like Sheldon from Big Bang Theory. I had never heard of Big Bang Theory up until that point so it just felt kind of odd mentioning a character from a show I had no clue existed. Back on topic though, If I had known back then that both of the brothers were on the spectrum, I would’ve been over the moon about it. “Wow! A childhood RUclipsr that I grew up loving is also autistic just like me!” But now that I actually know this information, my reaction isn’t happiness anymore. It’s misery. The things they’ve done, unforgivable. I despise them as much as everyone else who knows about this does. But yet, I still keep revisiting their channel. Why? I’m separating the creation from the creator. I like these characters…except the Mii’s because you know. So much that I want to carry them over to my other projects and creations. This time though, not in the hands of terrible people.
